PRIMARY CARE SERVICES

At Alpha Health, we endeavor to keep our patients happy by keeping them healthy. We provide primary care services in an integrated and holistic patient-centered manner.

We cater to both acute and chronic conditions. Acute conditions treated include, but not limited to: Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs), Allergies, Bronchitis, Common cold, Flu (influenza), Ear infection, Strep throat, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs), Head lice, Fractures, Whiplash, Sprains/strains of the joints, Cuts/lacerations, Skin rash/itching, Headaches, Nausea, Vomiting and Diarrhea, amongst others. Chronic conditions include, but not limited to: High blood pressure, Diabetes, High cholesterol, Asthma, COPD and others.

PSYCHIATRIC / MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

In collaboration with our patients’ family units, we assist patients battling with substance use disorders and other co-occurring mental health disorders progress from treatment to recovery while providing therapy through contracted partners. Services provided include Assessment, Diagnosis, Patient-centered treatment plans, Medication management, and Psychotherapeutic interventions, amongst other services.

PREVENTION SERVICES

Alpha Health believes that screening and early intervention is paramount in our communities and cultures in order to improve outcomes while maintaining community health and function. Our prevention service activities are coordinated in a collaborative manner with strategic specialty providers on a case-by-case basis, working towards a holistic wellness goal. We provide annual physical examinations, recommended screening tests, and routine vaccinations.
