Alpha Health Services LLC is a stand-alone private practice of Psychiatrists and Psychiatric NPs. Our mission is to selflessly guide the whole person on their drive to find lucidity and mental wellness by providing exceptional holistic care. We are seeking to add Clinical Therapists (LSW/LPC) to our team of highly skilled clinicians.

Our staff of Psychiatrists and Psychiatric NPs offer the latest medication and therapy treatment as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness and balanced personal and professional lifestyle. This multi-disciplinary approach allows us to provide holistic care in psychiatry, psychotherapy, and much more. Our team offers a broad range of specialty services and orientations to support and help all persons regardless of their place in life.

What are we looking for?
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) | Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Provides and documents the provision of services, assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures.
​
Participates in internal consultation and supervision with team members and other professionals in the organization.
​
Participates in multidisciplinary groups, committees, and task forces charged with researching and improving clinical practices, and developing or updating programs and business processes.
​
Provides clinical services required by special programs and projects.
Meets defined Individual and department goals, Activity metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
​
Promotes, supports, and demonstrates Alpha Health Services LLC’s mission, vision, and values through both behavior and job performance, and adheres to Policies, procedures, Compliance plan, and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis.
​
​
Experience:
Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
​
Master’s in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field plus 1–2 year(s) internship and 1–2 year(s) prior experience in a clinical setting.
​
Experience with any/all the following treatment modalities is beneficial:
Family-focused therapy *
Multi-systemic therapy *
CBT | DBT | ACT *
EMDR (must be certified) *
Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management) *
CADC *
Marriage and family therapy education: (Master's degree required) *
